About Me

Morgan Desai, LMFTA (she/her)

Hi! I'm Morgan, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate working with individuals, couples, and families across Washington state. I hold an MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle as well as dual BAs in Anthropology and Spanish from the University of Rochester. Basically, I am committed to being a life-long learner when it comes to relationships and the human experience across cultures.

I approach therapy through a systemic lens, grounded in the belief that understanding your present and moving toward the future often begins with curiosity about your past and the systems that shape your life. Taking an integrative approach, I curate an individualized therapy experience focused on supporting each client with their unique challenges and goals. Above all, I aim to create a safe, confidential, and empowering space where clients can feel supported in their vulnerability, explore their challenges, and grow toward their most authentic and fulfilling self.
